Hey SMF!
My name is Brandy. My husband has been wanting to get into smoking for a while now. We're about to move into a new home and I thought it would be great to get some information from others about the basics. I am hoping to get him a smoker for Christmas but have no idea where to begin. I'm the "researcher" of the two of us, so it's up to me (with help from all of you) to find something great.

We live near the Rockies. My husband is an avid hunter and we're both BBQ junkies. I'm looking for something new for him to take his hobby and main food interest to a new level!

Hey brandy welcome aboard glad to have ya I did the old fridge build works great and can put a lot of product in it but right now I am looking at the MES 30 on sale at amazon for 149 no shippping but with a elec no smoke ring good luck on your search
