I've been smoking/BBQin on a Weber for many years and recently converted a Cres Cor warming cabinet into a smoker that has been working out very nicely.

Hey there,
Would love to see your conversion! Trying to get tips on a cres cor conversion myself–– bought two cabinets at auction and arrived to pick them up only to find that someone had yanked the heating/control units... arrgh. Looking forward to seeing what you've done!
