Hey everyone, Norman here. I've been smoking meat for about 2.5yrs and there is nothing like it. I want to experiment with making sausage and other products.

Im in the process of build a new smoker and grill, ill be sharing pics as well as hopefully getting a few questions answered. I also look forward to participating in the group discussions.
