Got a Pit Barrel Cooker for my birthday a couple weeks ago, and have had such excellent results that I may never eat out again! I would like to expand my horizons beyond just meat and rub (I mean, maybe - I'm enjoying this so much, maybe anything else is unnecessary!), and went on a search for smoked potatoes. That's how I ended up here. What a strange and wonderful place - I look forward to new ideas, methods and flavors!
