Anyone from Mesa close to the Leisure World Country Club?

i'm in the east valley but not THAT east....i do recall a couple farther east than me. what gives?

The wife and I will be down there at a buddies by that Country Club and my mom is in Phoenix, from February 5th to the 16th and I was maybe looking for someone close to my buddies to maybe do a brisket and pork butt for us

the butts are no problem if ya like my "style" or i can use your recipe but i have not mastered the brisket yet........imo.

We are flying down there and the buddy and my mom asked me "are you sure there is no way you can bring a smoker"

Yea, even just pulled pork would do, I'll keep you in mind, I'm trying to talk my buddy into by a MES and I'll show him how to use it while I am down there

kurt.....there were some pretty good deals on craig's list. if he were to snag one you could have one waiting for you to show him how to use it.....just a thought.
