Hey Y'all, I'm Rob from Hattiesburg Mississippi. I've admired a friend of mines Smoke House for the past couple of years. This year at his place for a Boucherie, I really looked it over, so I could try to duplicate it. So, now, I've finished the house and am in the process of seasoning it. My buddy must have got tired of all the questions I was asking him cause he sent me to THIS awesome site. My plan is to read y'alls thread to learn from the vast knowledge contained here.
