My name is Roger and excited to be joining the forum. I started smoking in the spring of 2017 and it's quickly become a big passion. I have a MAK 1, a PBC and a Weber Genesis gas grill. I use an A-Maze-N tube for cheese. I'm thinking of adding a MES 40 for some lower temp smokes like bacon, jerky, cheese, etc.
Not many folks in this area seem big on smoking, so this forum has been an amazing resource to me. I really enjoy spending evenings on here reading, learning and getting inspired. Thanks y'all.
