Hello to all. Just signed up after lurking for quite a while. I built my first smoker ( mini wsm) and Im psyched to get my first smoke. This is just a quick hello and a thank you to this forum and all the info/ recipe /knowledge you all share!

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...

Sure do! I posted a little bit of the build in the mini-wsm forum. I'm new to smoking and it has been a great intro. I already have some plans with my father to build him a drum smoker, that is if he doesn't get lazy and just buy one! This forum has been informative and friendly all around.
