Yea I've been poking around here for the last few weeks trying to soak up as much as I can.....One quick question I've seen a few difference opinions for seasoning a new smoker...some people say low temp others high temp? I know with all my regular BBQs I've always used high temp to burn out any oils left in the grill from manufacturing wouldn't this be the same for the smoker? I'm getting a Horizon 16" Classic I dunno if they have a certain procedure if anyone else knows?
