Welcome to the site Jeremy and I congratulate you on your choice of the WSM.  I've got an18.5 size myself.  They are good on butts and everything else I've thrown in it as well.

Welcome from SC, Jeremy. This is a great site with lots of folks who are always eager to share their ideas, tips, recipes and anything that you may need. All you have to do is ask and keep on reading. That WSM is a great unit to get started with. They are very user friendly and I really enjoyed the one I had. It gave me some good cooks.
