I am writing this for me and my husband. We live in doerun, ga. My husband built his own smoker out of an old well tank. So far we have smoked 2turkeys 2Boston butts ribs.we somked chicken halves to put in chicken and rice that we cooked over an open flame and in a cast iron Dutch oven. We love to cook both ways
