hey peeps...been lurking here for a bit...just scored some sweet fruit wood and had to share the news... anyways....im pretty new to smoking....about a year or so....mainly ribs but just did two whole chickens and my first pork shoulder which both were awesome... i use the chargiller super pro with sfb just added....its my gill/smoker... im a police officer... im from bama....like i said ive been lurking for a while and already learned alot...just thought id stop and say hey

It's also free and it will give you the basics of smoking. So after all of that you just need to go grab something to smoke and if you have any question just post them here and we will answer it quickly so you don't have any mishaps with your smoke.

How to post Qview to Forum:

When you uploading to Photobucket I always use the Large IMG setting, 640 x 480 it is a nice size...

Everyone here enjoys seeing the Qview so be sure to post plenty of pics...

Large ones that us old people with bad eyes can see.
