i too had ahard day this whole last week. i feel i can share anything w/ my smf family. a baby that went straight form bad colic to teething,3 hrs sleep,the heat,putting my daisy down, & a few drinks.... not to mention working in this heat & i've had heatstroke,hypoglycemic, so i may lose my train of thought often.... long point short.. we all need to vent somewhere & @ home w/ family may not be the best place....this is a good place to "share" & hope everyone can take that w/ the good grain of kosher salt over the shoulder...."and this too shall come to pass"......

I have two kids (teenagers now) but I remember all too well the sleepless nights after a long day at work.

Vent here, but always remember to come back later and say "I was just venting", that way we will all stop and remember how it feels.

We all need to be reminded now and then. Just ask my wife, she reminds me how good I've got it all the time!!!

This is a great post GSG-We all have the need to vent and we all have our way of doing it. Some choose to do it in an open forum, others choose different means- when I need to vent I put pen to paper or fingers to the keyboard and when I'm done I burn it and I'm done with it.

Like adb551 said, "Vent here, but always remember to come back later and say "I was just venting"". I would suggest maybe prefacing a vent post with "I'm venting", what we could use is an "mad" emoicon with steam coming out of it's ears!
