Canadian boy here... I Just got my Bradley electric smoker a few months ago so I am Very new to All This. This forum has already helped me out greatly. I've smoked tenderloins jerky chicken and salmon so far and I am Definitely addicted. Thanks for all

Welcome- Trey here in Ga. I'm new and addicted too. I have the problem most have posted- I go to the store and want to bring home a piece of everything and smoke it. And since I'm new- made some costly mistakes already. But hey- that's the part of the fun right?
