Just wanted to drop a note to say hello. Been smoking on and off for about 2 years, not as often as I'd like as I don't usually have a full day to dedicate to it but I make it happen whenever I can. This Forum is great and has helped me modify my Smoke Hollow 4 n 1 that has a horizontal fire box. I added a propane burner in the fire box as well as baffles and a few other goodies and it has a nice even temp now. Thanks for all posts on modifications, they helped a lot.
