I first posted my small Sazco collection here back in 2014. Since then, I have added a couple more Sazco's as well as a Diem Kamado, and a mini vintage Kamado.
There is a black colored one as well as a coral colored one that I need to collect to complete all the gumball colors that were available.
The Big Sultan cooks and roasts best since the coals are further from the food and don't flare up as much as the smaller Genies.
I just added the Green Sultan to the crowd. I also added a new to me fire bowl to one of the Genies that was missing one.
They are all complete and cook well. I have rusty grills on the Sultans and can't find grills to fit. 18 3/4" is the original size that fits over the fire ring. Anything smaller rides on top of the ring and slides around. If you know where to source one, I would love to cook on less rust!

Sazco cookers came out in the mid 60's made by Farhad Sazegar. Good quality cookers made from minerals from Rhodesia. Richard Johnson with his Diem Kamado was Farhad's competition.
When the US put a ban on those minerals, Farhad closed up shop. Richard stayed in the game using a cement like material. Sazco (also sold as the Casa Q) as well as the Diem Kamado were out by the early 70's.
