Here's a fun one from the 80s

I'm smoking some beef cheeks tomorrow so I can make some barbacoa. I wanted to use a marinade that I discovered back in the 80s while I was in college.

So, I pulled out one of the MANY spiral notebooks I have that contain recipes and such. Took me a few minutes to find what I was after, but during the search, I found the below items. I guess I was bored in class one day. One page has class notes and the next has a sausage recipe.

Serious notes for sure, then turn the page and...

I have no idea if I ever made it or not...

If you write it you must make it! Get to work we are expecting pics and or samples!

I sent the pic to my son, he agrees that we need to try it out. So it'll probably happen over his winter break when he's home.

Some young buck is gonna ask what a spiral notebook is. May also ask what a pen is also.

Wait for it....

Sadly, I could see that happening.

Nice! All that math made you hungry I guess!

Can't wait to see how it turns out in the future!
