This completely explains the central Florida traffic gridlock. Drivers are on their #$%& phone at red lights, green lights, and screaming down the freeway at 70 mph.
The only time they look up is when a traffic light turns yellow. Don't be the person that actually stops for them or you will get pushed through the intersection.
