Smoking a 8lb pork shoulder bone in. Ive had it in a dry rub overnite waiting for my buddy to arrive with the lump coal. got some fire going it sure is windy  37 but with the wind 28. Im using my fence as windshield.

will keep updating pulled pork 200 i think ill try no foil this time just let it run.

 
Good luck. i never foil and always turns out moist and awesome bark. Oh and its a balmy 86 degrees here in Guam lol.
