I'm Chris. I currently live in Minneapolis, Mn. I am an experienced cook in the kitchen, but besides grilling, I'm considered pretty green outside. I recently was given a Bradley digital self-feeding smoker. I know it's probably not the "real deal", but it's my first one and works okay for me right now. I make bacon, chops, chicken thighs/wings, and have tried a couple other things with limited success. With your help, I hope to use this summer to learn a lot and turn out great brisket, shoulder, and ribs. I welcome all advice and trust in your knowledge. Thanks, guys.

Nothing wrong with a Bradley... I'll bet you will eventually get another smoker or two and still have the Bradley; right tool, for the right job!
