Woke up this morning at 7am. 12 hours in the smoker, she jiggled like Jell-O. Probed a million times, 0 resistance. Remembered I didn't have time to foil, so ran to the store and picked some up, came home and wrapped her up and threw her in a box with towels. Can't wait to eat her, hopefully it's good!

Sorry I'm late, but you had plenty of good advice above.
One thing I should say, It looks like you didn't have a problem, but if you do an all-nighter, even with an Electric Smoker, your Smoker should be somewhere away from the house, and not on a porch like mine is.
Any Smoker, including electric can light up unexpectedly, and you don't want your house to light up with it.

I never sleep when my MES is Smoking, and never leave the area either.

Oops. It was sitting on my porch since it was raining. I didn't think anything of it but will definitely make adjustments next time. Thanks for the advice!
