Herb Marinated Chicken with Qview

Just popped an herb marinated chicken on the smoker after marinating for 9 hours. Chicken is a Freedom Ranger from Polyface Farms (of Omnivore's Dilemma fame). Freedom Rangers are more reasonably proportioned than factory farm chickens, with excellent dark meat. Perfect for Q. Third time in two days using the AMNTS with my ancient Weber propane grill as the smoker.

Perfectly kissed by smoke using the AMNTS on my gas grill. Beautifully flavored by the herb marinade turned sauce. Turns out perfectly smoked chicken doesn't need a tomato based sauce.
