I have 2 boston butts on the smoker I put them on at 10 my smoker is not heating up I've change the regulator and got a new tank its 3 now can I put them in the oven they have been smoking on 170 to 180 degrees

I'm not a safety expert, but I think your ok to pop it in the oven.
Additional info needed to make sure:
1. Do you know what the internal temp of the butts were?
2. Were either of the butts injected with something?
3. Your only an hour outside the proverbial safety zone, and it's only meant to be used as a guide not a steadfast toss the meat out rule.

Others will chime in and offer more concrete advice, but I wouldn't toss it until I've heard a more definitive answer.
