OK guys, and gals (sorry-it's the St. Louis influence), but I'm looking for help for my wife. It's not a smoking meat issue, but someone out there has the info we need. She has been diagnosed as pre-diabetic. Blood sugar is up and needs to be brought under control. So, the help we need is direction to a a listing that provides "good food - bad food" info, etc. If you have been thru this maybe you can guide us - Thanks.
