help with new Traeger Pro 780

I am new to this business. Purchased a new Traeger Pro 890 i mo. ago. I have cooked several times but still an unable to get any smoke flavor. I have tried low and high temps with no results.
Also I am still unable to get the WiFire set up correctly. The seller even came out to set it up and got it working. 3 days later I went out to cook and the app advised the systme was offline.
Any ideas? And thanks,
 
I had to call Traeger to get my 780 set up to my wifi. While speaking with the Traeger representative, she stated that the Traeger grill works best with a wifi router that uses a 2.4 GHz signal. Regarding the smoke flavor, your guess is as good as mine. I can smell the smoke, but I don't see much smoke rolling off my grill. However, I could taste the smokiness, but it wasn't quite as much as I would have liked.
