Hello

How long should I estimate to smoke raw brats at 225 -250*?

I’ve seen conflicting reports via Google.

I have two racks of ribs on the Traeger, and I want to toss on some brats. I’ve never smoked brats so curious for your suggestions.

I usually just put them on & when they look done, I pull them off. But I like a nice crust on the brats & honestly have never checked the IT. I know that is a big no no, but I’ve cooked so many I can just tell when they are done. I hate to put a probe in them, cause all the juice shoots out.
