Hi everyone, I need help. I'm new in the world of barbecue, I have mounted a prefabricated Barbecue , it can be used with wood so it can reach high temperatures. To mount the barbecue I used the adhesive recommended by the company (resistant to high temperatures). I did a test with this adhesive and when hardened it burns :(. Unfortunately in some parts of the barbecue, there is some space between the glued elements and the adhesive is visible and I fear that it may burn while the meat is grilled. Is it possible? Could the meat be contaminated by fumes and be harmful to eat?
(thanks end sorry for my english)
