Hi All,

I presently smoke with a small offset smoker. It has a smoke box built of 16" pipe 24" long and 1/8" thick with a 16" offset firebox. I purchased it back in 1992 or so. I mostly used it for steaks and yard bird. About 3 years ago I got interested in briskets. This rig is just about right for one brisket or 2 racks of ribs at a time. I recently decided to step up my game just a bit...

Today I picked up a 125 gallon propane tank to use as the base of my NEW  Reverse Flow Smoker! The tank is 66" long and 24" in diameter.
