Hey everyone,
New to the site and new to smoking. Kids bought me a Cajun Injector a few years ago for Christmas and just got around to using yesterday. That is how I found this forum. I realize pretty quickly I had no idea what I was doing. Used a Cabelas summer sausage kit and made a batch last night. Going to try the results out tonight.
