So I have not BBQd in about 10 years, this week I bought an Oklahoma Joes dual fuel grill and just seasoned it now I am ready to see how much I have forgotten.
Today we did Fireball soaked pineapple and Brats YUMMY!!!
I used lump charcoal and chimney for the first time had my challenges and broke down and used lighter fluid
Think I may go back to using my electric charcoal starter
