I have been smoking meat for several years, but mainly do it for family and friends. I am interested in smoking different meats and using different rubs and seasonings. I have recently purchased a Masterbilt electric smoker, but mu main stay is a homemade offset, reverse flow smoker. It took me a little over 3 years to get it built the way I wanted it.

 Glad I ofund this site, only wish I would have found it sooner!
