Hello. I am newish to smoking. I own 3 smokers but havent done much with them. Id really like to get into smoking alot more. 1 is a hog roaster it gets used about 2 or 3 times a year. Literally just throw half a hog in it and let it go. 2 is a smoke box on my grill that i have never used and the 3rd is a new electric smoker ive decided to tryout while i work around the house. I look forward to seeing what advice everyone has to offer.
