I'm Jack from southern California. I'm still fairly new to smoking, been learning it for a couple of years now. Was mainly using an offset smoker, but recently purchased a GMG Jim Bowie and have been using it for everything. I love the offset, but the convenience is of the GMG is hard to beat. Anyway, I've been reading this site for a while and thought I would finally join.
