Hello all. My name is Adam. I live it Pittsburgh, Pa. I have always wanted to smoke my own BBQ, so a few months ago I bought an Oklahoma joes highland smoker. I have been using it about 4 days a week ever since! I look forward to learning from everyone on the forum.
