Hi Everyone!!!

Brand new to the smoker extravaganza and very excited to see if I can do it.

I have lots of questions and hopefully will not bug too many of you.

We live in CA and are using an electrical vertical smoker our neighbor did not want.

As I type we are doing our first brisket! and a little nervous that we might not be doing it right.  Fingers crossed!!!
