I'm in Melbourne Victoria in Australia and have been hot smoking in a weber smokey mt (small unit) and have recently built my own cold smoker out of a tin can, soldering iron, metal rubbish bin etc.  I've had some engineering issues with the cold smoker and am trying to get a consistent burn in the sawdust.
