I found this site while searching for help with a problem I had on my grill.  The grill I am/will be using is the Char Griller 5050 Duo with a SFB 2-2424.  The site was very helpful and informative.  I am new to smoking meat and have learned alot from this site and You Tube videos.  I had the Barbacue Bible I used for a guide on my first smoke and it was successful.  I can't wait to finish attaching the SFB to the Duo and start smoking for family and friends.  I live in central OK.

This is a great place to learn how to smoke. If you want to do a project, just enter it in the search bar at the top and you will find several different methods for doing it. Also, if you post pictures while you are doing a project, you can get comments while you are smoking.
