Hello everyone. I started seriously grilling when my wife received a Weber 22 1/2 One-Touch Gold as a safety award 5 years or so ago. I have done a lot of indirect grilling/smoking on this grill. It can be a challenge doing large pieces of meat so I took the plunge and ordered a 22 1/2 WSM. I stumble across this place looking for a few answers (Google) and found them easily. Though I would sign up.
