I am new to forums but have been told this is the place for recipes and advice.  I am learning to use my new baby Primo xl; as of now I have not had a bad result.  Minus a small issue with a store bought rub that was.... well store bought.  

My other grill is a Webber performer Kettle.  Obviously I am a Charcoal fan!!!!  

Looking for ward to picking brains in the future, as well as stealing ideas to pass off as my own if they turn out of course.
