Hello to all. I just rescued a Meadow Creek 42 from a gentleman who no longer had the time for her. After a quick trip to the shop - I live 25 mins away from the factory, I was ready to go. We cleaned it up and it looks near new, Jesse at the shop said that I got a steal. We fired her last night at 9pm and did 2 pork shoulders - my first ever. I will provide a full report and feedback from the guests this evening.

I look forward to getting some well needed pointers and tips from the pros around here.

Happy 4th

Michael
