Jeremy from louisiana.  What a cool forum. Found this searching for diff. rubs to use. I had a smoker built last year with a fire pit under the grill. Awesome design that works great. Smoked a butt and a few slabs of ribs this past weekend and looking foward to smoking some chickens for the 4th. Cant wait to start reading all the diff threads. Glad to be onboard now. Thanks guys, jeremy

Would love to see some pics of that smoker but [color= rgb(24, 24, 24)]  just so you know since you are new if you post any pics our software will probably hold the post until a moderator can approve it.
