Hello Everyone!I am new to this forum and smoking. I recently borrowed a friends propane "Smoky Mountain Smoker" and have been hooked ever since. I have smoked a brisket and boston butt so far with success. I recently failed at smoking a whole chicken, it didnt get done all the way. I just left the store with another brisket, 4 slabs of spare ribs, pork tenderloin, 5 lbs of chicken thighs, and 5 lbs of chick legs. Gonna be a great 4th of July week off.I live in Southeast Georgia a few miles off the coast. I can pretty much smoke and grill all year round.Looking forward to learning a lot from the forum.Take careDavid
