Hey guys and gals. I am new to the forum and just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Ryan and I am from SE PA. I am defintely a newbie when it comes to smoking. I recently picked up a cheap Brinkman vertical charcoal smoker and have converted it to propane. I have never been successful at mastering charcoal so I figured I would start with propane and as I get more comfortable I can always switch the smoker back to charcoal. I can't believe how much I have already learned from reading through the numerous posts on the forum. I look forward to learing more. Thanks!
