Hello, my name is Matt and I'm from Aurora, Illinois. I'm an avid griller, but new to smoking. Bit the bullet and bought a CB propane smoker recently and I love the thing. Still a few bugs to work out, but its getting there. Love trying new things and learning from my mistakes. As far as smoking, I feel comfortable with pork shoulder, but brisket (in particular) is causing headaches. I'll make sure to checkout the forums and see what others say. Thanks!
