Hey everyone,
Wanted to say Hi and thanks for all the info already. just got back in to smoking after about 5 years. Was given an old but brand new MECO smoker. Have been looking into a lot of the mods people are doing with the ECB smokers, in the process of making modifications to mine to better control air flow. I will post pics of that when I get it done.
Was to excited and forgot to take any pictures until I was finished. Started out as a 4.5# butt that was rubed with Sweet Rub O mine.
