hello to all members

Newbie here.  smoked my first butt yesterday.  no leftovers.  got up at 4 am ate at 5:30 it was wonderful.  Just got my first smoker last week.  electric with electronics and meat probe.  Man sure beat trying to do it in a gas grill.  Will be spend hours with you guys I'm sure.  I need to research my next project.  Ron
