I am very glad to be here! I am not totally new to smoking meat but I am by no means an expert,lol.I started with 2 cooking cajun charcoal smokers, then moved on to a master forge Lp vertical for more capacity. I am venturing into new territory with a treager Lil Tex Elite. I am a JohnDeere Ag Technician by trade. I love watching sprint car racing, and I also race a lawnmower myself (not in any way stock, it can go 70+). I hope to make alot of new cooking friends here.
