My name is Thomas. I am a rookie smoker. 

Always loved grilling, just now getting into BBQ 

I am smoking on a vertical charcoal Master Forge (I know its a 70 dollar lowes special, hopefully when I master the art a little better I will purchase something nice that will last.

Some things I have already found out is there is no way to control airflow, and the door leaks badly.

Anyway hope to meet some great people here! I have been reading and looking at some of the most amazing meals on your forums board.
