Hello, My name is Dave. My coworker sent me this link to get some good ideas on smoking and BBQ.  I live in Shreveport Louisiana, use a masterbuilt electric  smoker, and love it. Just got started into smoking meat, already had some fails and some success. looking forward to get some recipes on rubs  and marinades.
