Hello, I'm from NYC and have worked in restaurants since I was a teenager. I've owned a few, closed some of them and a few years ago gained a passion for bbq cooking. I have recently relocated to Bulgaria to open up a American home cooked, no microwave, comfort food style restaurant. An old friend of mine asked me if I wanted to do it and I agreed.
